1. Online Store Terms & Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, county, or state of residence. You may not use our premium hardware configurations or media services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any local statutory laws within your operational jurisdiction.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your active purchasing account and cancellation of any outstanding pending orders.
2. Pre-Owned Condition & Grading Accuracy
Because Deck Exchange specializes in premium pre-owned, refurbished, and diagnostic-tested audio and DJ technology, you acknowledge that items display varying levels of superficial cosmetic wear as defined by our grading framework.
We make every possible engineering effort to display the true color, structural condition, and operational cosmetic properties of our items accurately. We do not warrant that your localized device screen's rendering of product finishes or mechanical imperfections perfectly mirrors the unit's exact physical properties upon arrival.
3. Order Modifications, Pricing & Currency
Prices for our products are subject to sudden shifts without explicit prior warning based on fluctuating market values for vintage and high-demand pro-audio hardware. We reserve the structural right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service or inventory listing without liability to any buyer or third-party entity.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include instances where item data or pricing architecture was rendered incorrectly due to system bugs. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided during checkout.
4. Trade-Ins & Selling Equipment to Us
When you submit an item to Deck Exchange via our trade-in or quote acquisition funnels, you explicitly agree to the following protocols:
- Ownership Verification: You warrant that you are the sole legal owner of the equipment submitted, free from all financial liens, contracts, or lockouts, and that the hardware was not obtained via illicit channels.
- Conditional Evaluation: All initial online valuations provided by our digital pricing tools are tentative estimates. Final financial payouts or store credits are strictly subject to physical validation by our engineers.
- Serial Number Auditing: Every incoming device is scanned against local and global property check registries and its serial numbers are officially cataloged. Attempted submission of blacklisted, stolen, or structurally modified counterfeit gear will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.
- Return of Rejected Gear: If an item arrives matching a configuration significantly degraded from your initial digital description, we reserve the right to amend our offer or cancel the trade. If a trade is rejected, return delivery fees may be passed back to the item submitter.
5. Payment Gateways & External Integrations
Payment processing services on Deck Exchange are handled securely via third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna installment architectures. By selecting these options at checkout, you agree to comply with their separate localized terms of use.
Deck Exchange holds zero liability for payment failures, overdrawn fee structures, or contract disputes arising natively inside third-party payment apps during transactions on our domain infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Deck Exchange Group Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, or engineering staff be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
